Booking terms & conditions

These sample terms are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by the property's legal advisers before going live.

1. Rates

All rates are quoted per room for the full stay in INR and exclude GST (18%), which is shown separately at checkout and included in the total. Rates vary by date, room type and rate plan.

2. Rate plans

• Best Flexible Rate — Room only · Free cancellation · Pay at hotel.
• Bed & Breakfast — Breakfast for two · Free cancellation.
• Advance Saver — Breakfast included · Prepaid · Non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

Flexible rates may be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours before the standard check-in time (14:00 hotel time) on the day of arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night plus taxes. Advance Saver rates are prepaid and non-refundable. Bookings can be cancelled online through Manage booking.

4. Payment & guarantee

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid card. Where “Pay at the hotel” is selected, no amount is charged at the time of booking and the balance is settled on departure. Refunds are returned to the original card within 5–7 business days.

5. Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Government-issued photo identification is required for every guest at check-in; international guests must present a passport and valid visa.

6. Children & extra beds

Children are welcome. Children aged 2–12 count towards room occupancy; cots for infants under 2 are complimentary on request.

7. Offer codes

Offer codes apply to room charges only, cannot be combined and are subject to minimum stay and date restrictions shown at the time of booking.
